The client required durable materials, European-standard dimensions, and a clean modern design suitable for a technology company’s open office layout. 1. Project Background
In mid-2025, a Spanish company specializing in digital marketing contacted us while searching for a supplier for their new office renovation. The client needed 10 complete office desk sets to furnish their management and employee workspaces.
They had previously compared several European suppliers but found the quoted prices too high for their budget. After reviewing our product catalog and videos, they became interested in our modern laminated office desk series with optional cable management and side storage.
2. Understanding Customer Requirements
During initial communication, the client clarified their main priorities:

To better match European preferences, we made two minor adjustments:

4. Production & Quality Control
