1. Project Background

In mid-2025, a Spanish company specializing in digital marketing contacted us while searching for a supplier for their new office renovation. The client needed 10 complete office desk sets to furnish their management and employee workspaces.
They had previously compared several European suppliers but found the quoted prices too high for their budget. After reviewing our product catalog and videos, they became interested in our modern laminated office desk series with optional cable management and side storage.

2. Understanding Customer Requirements

During initial communication, the client clarified their main priorities:

• Simple, modern aesthetic to match their interior design plan.

• Durable tabletop materials suitable for long-term use.

• European size standards (larger tabletop width and stronger leg frames).

• Fast production schedule due to office relocation deadlines.

We recommended two desk models that fit their requirements and offered small custom adjustments to color and tabletop size.

3. Sample Confirmation & Technical Adjustments

Although the order quantity was not large, the client emphasized quality stability. We prepared a detailed material list and sent photos and videos showing the tabletop laminate texture, steel frame thickness, and cable management options.
To better match European preferences, we made two minor adjustments:

• Increased the tabletop thickness from 40mm to 50mm for a more premium look.

• Modified the leg frame to a reinforced U-shape design, improving load-bearing capacity.

These refinements were well received, and the customer confirmed the order.

4. Production & Quality Control

Production for the 10 desk sets began immediately. Because the desks included custom dimensions, our engineering department prepared a specific production drawing for the customer’s approval before assembling.
During manufacturing, we implemented strict QC steps:

• Raw material inspection of tabletop boards and powder-coated steel frames.

• Hardware pre-assembly tests for drawer runners, cable trays, and connectors.

• Final assembly check to ensure smooth edges, stable structure, and balanced legs.

The client was updated weekly with progress photos to ensure transparency.

5. Packaging & Shipping to Spain

To protect the desks during long-distance shipping, each piece was:

• Wrapped with EPE foam and thick corner protectors

• Packed in export-grade cartons labeled in English and Spanish

• Reinforced with internal wooden supports for the tabletops

The goods were shipped via LCL (Less than Container Load) from Ningbo to Valencia.
We provided all necessary export documents, including packing list, invoice, HS code, and installation guides.

6. Customer Feedback & Project Completion

Two weeks after receiving the goods, the client shared photos of the completed office setup. Their comments included:
