A high-tech company located in Guangzhou Tianhui Innovation Technology Park, focusing on the research and development of IoT and intelligent hardware products. With the expansion of the company's scale and the gradual formation of corporate culture, the original office environment and furniture are gradually no longer suitable for new work needs. Especially in terms of collaboration, flexibility, and employee health, office furniture needs to cater to the trends of future office work. The furniture design in the original office area was too single, limited to traditional workstation layout, and the furniture had a long service life, which could not meet the requirements of modern office for comfort, technology, and flexibility. Faced with these issues, the park management has decided to carry out a comprehensive renovation of office furniture, hoping to improve the overall office atmosphere and employee work experience of the park by updating furniture configuration.

Flexible office space layout

One of the core elements of the transformation plan is a flexible office space layout to meet the growing demand for teamwork in enterprises. Designers have abandoned traditional fixed workstations and adopted flexible and versatile layouts that can be freely adjusted according to team, project, or individual needs.
Modular Furniture System: Each office and workspace in the park is equipped with modular furniture, such as movable desks, partitions, and conference tables, allowing employees to flexibly configure office space according to their actual needs. For example, in the team project area, a more open and interactive collaborative environment can be created by rearranging the positions and partitions of tables and chairs.
Combining open and enclosed spaces: By designing an open collaboration area with a private focused workspace, employees can choose a suitable working environment according to their needs. In the collaborative space, large-sized conference tables, soft chairs, and shared storage cabinets are used to facilitate collective discussions and team brainstorming among employees.

With the continuous development of technology, intelligent office furniture has become an inevitable trend in modern office environments. In this renovation, the introduction of smart furniture is the key to improving office efficiency and employee work experience.
Smart Desktop System: Each office desk is equipped with a smart desktop system that integrates wireless charging, voice assistants, environmental monitoring, and other functions. There is a built-in wireless charging function on the desktop, allowing employees to easily charge their phones, tablets, and other devices to keep their desks tidy.
Intelligent conference system: The conference rooms in the park are equipped with intelligent conference tables, with touch screens and wireless projection devices embedded under the desktop. Employees only need to place their devices on the desktop, and the system will automatically recognize and connect them, making the meeting process more efficient.
